Technical Background
The concept , was to form a chassis and swing arm machined from a solid billet . This idea originated from the following considerations:
- Compared to popular Welding constructions this concept can be produced in one pass
- No subsequent straightening and heat treatments
- applicability of technical and decorative anodizing
- No straightening and machining rigs necessary
Last but not least the design reminds you of the original HRD Vincent box-section sheetmetal frame. However, this did not incorporate inside reinforcing ribs and resulted in a structure with poor torsional stiffness.
The new concept of TP – Vincent was possible thanks to computer-aided design and a CNC manufacturing processes which allowed a large portion of the blank into finished product .[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_tabs interval=”0″][vc_tab title=”Frame kit” tab_id=”1396431633055-3-9″][vc_column_text]Available from mid-2014

With the TP-Vincent frame kit we offer an extremely attractive and exclusive opportunity to do so.
The following considerations should be made previously :
What kind of machine is required:
- Coffee racer or show bike, street legal ?
- Racer or collector’s item, without street legal ?
- Naked bike, partly or full fairing ?
- Suspension, wheels , brakes and other components of high-end racing manufacturers
- Suspension, wheels , brakes and other components from a production machine
The TP-Vincent frame kit is very flexible. It is sufficient, for example, to machine a matching head stem, to integrate an existing front end ( forks, triple clamps , front wheel, brake system ) .
An existing rear wheel , provided the spoke design allows for a right-handed chain , is reduced to the intended 20mm Axle by means press-fitted spacers . Of course, the wheel center plane and the chain alignment must be precisely shimmed.

For homologation , we can not provide support at the time . The possibilities for this must be clarified in each country.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tab][vc_tab title=”Complete Machines” tab_id=”1396801322830-2-10″][vc_column_text]Fritz Egli`s prototype will be built here as a pure racing machine with high end components from Suter Racing, Brembo, Ohlins, PVM, Akrapovic etc. As an injection engine management EFI is used. The fairing components are manufactured in precious carbon.
It is possible to use Japanese or Italian Serie components to complete a frame kit instead of exclusive Racing – components. Terry Prince demonstrates this option with his prototype.
Follow the construction of both prototypes on this page.
Complete Machines are available on request.
Each machine is unique, built exactly according to the wishes of the owner.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tab][vc_tab title=”Technical data” tab_id=”1396431265-1-13″][vc_column_text]
